On 18 April 2018, 50 mums were privileged to have the opportunity to mix and mingle with President Halimah Yacob. They were attending WEWAM’s Loving Mums Connect Forum, at which Madam President was Guest-of- Honour. The event saw mothers of different backgrounds: stay-home, working, part-timers, freelancers, business owners etc, come together, each with her own journey, to learn and encourage each other. Even as WEMAM President, Ms Ean Yeo, shared on the different work life challenges at various life stages, and how a mother can develop personal work-life effectiveness, participants learnt much from one other as they chatted about concerns and brain-stormed on ideas to deal with challenges.

Mdm President, Halimah Yacob, inspired participants by sharing pearls of wisdom and encouraging each mum to press on in today’s face-paced environment, to fulfil their roles at home, at work and in society.’
