OUR PROGRAMMES

WEWAM has been conducting training on Work-Life Success since 2011 through workshops and forums. Ean Yeo, President and Founder of WEWAM, has shared regularly in seminars and in the media. Ean is Singapore’s Winner for Work-Life Leadership 2012. Participants in WEWAM programmes have given good feedback on our programmes.

WEWAM trainers share tips on how to achieve work-life success. Participants gather in groups to discuss concerns and brainstorm on ideas.

In today’s fast-paced and competitive work environment, employees often face the challenges of trying to complete work responsibilities while meeting childcare or eldercare needs. Some become stressed at work while family relationships get affected. Others may quit work resulting in a loss of talent/resource for the organisation. A working mum faces different work-life challenges at each specific life-stage. She can choose to develop personal work-life effectiveness so as to perform well at work while still being able to meet needs in both family and personal needs.

The half-day workshop will equip attendees with strategies and actions that they can take to achieve work-life harmony. The workshop is developed by WEWAM President Ean Yeo who is winner of Singapore’s Work-Life Leadership Award 2012. Ean’s expertise in areas of Work-Life Success and Flexible Work Arrangements has been featured regularly in media and conferences.

This programme on Personal Work-Life Effectiveness has been conducted for hundreds of participants and received favourable feedback.

Flexignition – Beyond Flexibility

It highlighted a variety of FWAs suitable for different situations / individuals and equipped participants to be able to make a FWA proposal to the employer.

WEWAM trainers share tips on how work-mums can achieve work-life success through flexible work arrangements. Participants gather in groups to share challenges and present solutions.

WEWAM trainers and guest speakers share about mothering in various life-stages. Over tea, participants discuss about mothering and work to encourage one another.
