In today’s fast-paced and competitive work environment, employees often face the challenges of trying to complete work responsibilities while meeting childcare or eldercare needs. Some become stressed at work while family relationships get affected. Others may quit work resulting in a loss of talent/resource for the organisation. A working mum faces different work-life challenges at each specific life-stage. She can choose to develop personal work-life effectiveness so as to perform well at work while still being able to meet needs in both family and personal needs.

This half-day workshop will equip attendees with strategies and actions that they can take to achieve work-life harmony. The workshop is developed by WEWAM President Ean Yeo, winner of Singapore’s Work-Life Leadership Award 2012. Ean’s expertise in areas of Work-Life Success and Flexible Work Arrangements has been featured regularly in media and conferences. This programme on Personal Work-Life Effectiveness has been conducted for hundreds of participants and received good feedback.
