FlexIgnition – a workshop that will equip you to use Flexible Work Arrangement (FWA) as a key strategy to excel in work and meet the demands from family and personal aspects.

The course was designed for Individuals who are considering Flexible Work Arrangement for their current work as well as for those looking for flexibility in jobs as they return to the workforce. The half-day programme enabled the participants to assess their needs as well as the readiness and decide on the action to be taken to tap on FWA. It highlighted a variety of FWAs suitable for different situations/individuals and equipped participants to be able to make a FWA proposal to the employer.
